Job Description
Alternant Charged of Training: contribute to the deployment of the training plan in a context of organizational and process transformation, support internal clients, and participate in various training projects.
Requirements
- Master's degree 4 or 5 in Human Resources
- Knowledge of training methods, tools, legislative and financial aspects specific to France
- Ease on office software (Excel particularly)
- Team spirit, proactivity, rigor, autonomy, listening and customer service skills
- Business-oriented and results-oriented
