Job Description
This role assists in managing invoices and payments, managing claims/losses and resolving employee-related issues in the medical plan/convênio processes of the LATAM markets. The analyst collaborates with the Group's Risk Services, the Total Rewards area, and external insurance companies and employees to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
- Completed higher education in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related areas
- General knowledge of medical codes, procedures, treatments and terminologies (medical data), as well as insurance and risk management
- Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft applications
- Advanced or intermediate Excel and Office 365
- Intermediate Spanish and basic English
