Factory Maintenance Manager - Nestlé S.Sisto

The Factory Maintenance Manager will ensure the continuity of factory operations at the minimum level of unplanned stoppages by managing internal and external resources. The role will involve creating and implementing a maintenance strategy, supervising a team of maintenance workers, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, and providing support to production operators.

Requirements

• Preferably, a degree in industrial engineering (mechanical, electrical, chemical) or related technical fields
• Minimum 5 years as Maintenance Manager or Maintenance Supervisor in the food, pharma or consumer goods industry
• Experience in supervising internal technical teams and subcontractors
• Participation in multidisciplinary teams
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to comply with internal and regulatory deadlines
