Job Description
Lead regional formulation, nutrition, and ingredients strategies to create competitive, science‐driven pet food products across multiple factories in the AOA region. Develop and guide a team of formulators, nutritionists, and ingredient specialists.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields; MBA/Master’s is a plus.
- At least 7 years preferably as petfood nutritionist/formulator. Horizontal experience in QA, RSA/ Manufacturing or related positions in petfood is acceptable.
- Good knowledge of general petfood process (dry, wet and treats).
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively work in team environment with large and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to travel internationally is required.
- Experience of people leadership and development is a plus.
