Industrial Services Operator / Mechanic (HVAC / Boilers)

Nestlé Canada Confectionary has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Electrician to join the Maintenance team at our chocolate manufacturing plant, located in Toronto, Ontario.

Requirements

• Valid Ontario Certificate of Qualification as an Operating Engineer, Refrigerant class A and/or 2nd class OE (Operating Engineer)
• Valid Ontario Ozone Depletion Prevention Card
• Valid Ontario Certificate of Qualification as a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic
• Minimum Grade 12 and competency in basic mathematics with ability to prepare reports and determine departmental efficiencies including working with fractions and percentages.
• Analytical, literacy and comprehension skills to interpret and understand, analyze and troubleshoot operating specifications, technical procedure manuals, and safety regulations.
• Excellent mechanical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• A team player with excellent attendance and interpersonal skills!

• $48.50/hr (2026 rate is $49.50) + shift premiums (night shift $1/hour and afternoon shift $1/hour) – wage increases May 1st of each year as per the collective agreement.
