Job Description
Nestlé Polska S.A. Branch in Kargowa is looking for a Production Line Manager to ensure safety, efficiency, and results of the production line, motivate and engage the team, and implement continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a functional position in the production industry (preferably in the food industry)
- Ability to lead projects using teams from various departments
- Ability to work and build relationships with the subordinate team
- Ability to resolve conflicts and correct behaviors not in line with standards
- Experience in management and TPM/NCE methodology
- Ability to make decisions in situations that pose a threat to employee life, health, product quality, and property
- Knowledge of processes and quality parameters related to materials delivered from warehouses, production process, and required characteristics of the final product
- White Belt certification (first level of DMAIC/SMED certification) would be an additional asset
