Production Supervisor

As a Production Supervisor, you'll lead by example and foster a culture of standards that promotes the highest level of safety and quality throughout our processes. You'll coach and develop a team of technicians, oversee their career development, and help them achieve performance goals in their area of responsibility.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• 2+ years of people leadership or supervisory experience
• 2+ years of production experience in a manufacturing, technical, military or related environment
