Job Description
Nestlé Nutrition aims to nurture a Healthier Generation by leading the way in Research and Development of science proven nutrition solutions. The Senior Engineering Specialist will drive the development and deployment of innovations and renovations in spray drying, powder handling, and process simulation.
Requirements
- Engineer or equivalent university degree
- PhD in relevant field is a plus
- Extensive R&D and/or operating, factory or supplier experience
- Strong expertise in design, installation, and commissioning of spray drying, fluid bed drying, agglomeration, and other powder process units
- Practical experience operating spray dryers, fluid beds, powder handling
- Extended knowledge in CFD, DEM, and systems modelling
- Experience working with universities and research institutes on new technologies
- Extended CAPEX project management and industrial troubleshooting experience
- Ability to work in teams, strong leadership qualities, openness, and flexibility
- Proficiency in English, Spanish is a nice to have
