Job Description
Nestlé USA is seeking a Senior Packaging Specialist to lead complex packaging development projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives from concept to launch. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and experience in a fast-paced CPG environment.
Requirements
- A BS or MS degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering Packaging Science, Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Approximately 25-50% travel
- Minimum 5 years of product/packaging/process development experience in CPG or related field of work in factory environment or equivalent supply industry experience
- Preferred product/packaging/process development experience in aseptic, hot fill, retort technologies
