Job Description
We are looking for a Specialist in Occupational Health Management to join our SHE team in the Safety & Health department. The successful candidate will promote employee enthusiasm for health, carry out health campaigns, and implement legal and internal guidelines for health protection.
Requirements
- Diploma in nursing or a similar field
- Further education in occupational health management or a similar field
- Several years of experience in an industrial environment
- Social and empathetic personality with a high sense of responsibility
- Well-developed sense of security, hygiene, and environmental awareness
- Practitioner with a solution-oriented and service-oriented approach
- Conviction and assertiveness in a dynamic environment
- Team player who remains calm in hectic situations
- Good planning and organizational skills as well as precise and systematic work
- Very good German skills, English skills negotiation-secure
- Good MS-Office skills
