Job Description
Growth Operations Manager role at nesto Group involves driving business operations scaling, delivering complex projects, and improving processes. The ideal candidate has analytical and communication skills, experience in management consulting, finance, or operational roles, and a process-oriented ethos.
Requirements
- 3-6 years experience in management consulting, finance, or hands-on operational role in a start-up
- Highly analytical, master of structuring ideas and data into spreadsheets with an ability to quantify complex ideas into clear and compelling business cases
- Ability to prioritize effectively with strong organizational skills, wise stakeholder management, time management and comfort operating in ambiguity
- Strong communicator in order to enact change across a growing organization, effectively present your ideas for change, and be a trusted face to represent nesto group with senior partners
- Process-oriented ethos, bringing solutions to problems that deliver today and at scale
