Job Description
We are looking for an E-Shop Manager to lead the commercial animation, analyze customer journeys, and implement concrete optimization actions for the conversion rate.
Requirements
- Building and managing a premium commercial animation plan to support commercial performance while preserving the brand's image and value
- Implementing and tracking promotional mechanisms, such as codes, bundles, and special offers
- Managing affiliate programs and partnerships
- Analyzing customer behavior and recommending optimization actions
- Updating and securing the online product catalog
- Managing e-commerce store parameters, such as taxes, currencies, payment methods, and delivery modes
- Contributing to the testing of new features and tracking bug fixes with technical teams
