Requirements
- Higher education or equivalent professional experience
- First successful experience in user support or Blue Book traineeship at the Commission
- Excellent knowledge of English and good knowledge of French
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand processes, combined with a solution-oriented mindset
- Proactive and reactive approach to problem-solving, with strong stress resilience
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and knowledge sharing at different levels
- Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment, with strong team spirit and interpersonal skills
