As an Application Support Consultant, you will provide Level 2/3 application support for card transaction processing systems, monitor application health, and develop and maintain Shell and Perl scripts for operational automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on expertise in Shell and Perl scripting on Linux/Unix/AIX operating systems
- Proficiency in SQL and Oracle databases
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK Stack
- Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise, and meet deadlines
