Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Software Developer & IT Consultant to join our team in Athens, Greece. The role involves contributing to full-cycle IT projects, collaborating with clients, and developing innovative solutions using modern technologies. As a Junior Software Developer & IT Consultant, you will have the opportunity to shape the future technological landscape in Europe and work on international projects.
Requirements
- Contribute to all phases of full-cycle IT projects
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications
- Work across both backend and frontend layers, as well as integration points within complex enterprise systems
- Develop innovative concepts and implement sophisticated consulting solutions
- Create long-term relationships with clients and identify business development opportunities
- Lead sub-streams of work, conduct daily stand-ups, and report progress to clients or project managers
- Produce clear technical and functional documentation and participate in peer code reviews
