Principal SAP FICO Consultant

As a Principal SAP FICO Consultant, you will lead end-to-end SAP FI and CO implementation, upgrade, and rollout projects across multiple industries, ensuring seamless project delivery and optimizing finance processes. You will provide expert guidance on SAP FI and CO configuration, integration, and troubleshooting, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate financial system requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven experience in SAP FI and CO consulting, implementation, and support
• Deep hands-on expertise in SAP FI and CO modules with strong understanding of end-to-end finance business processes
• Experience working on SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations and migrations is highly desirable
• Solid leadership experience with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a team
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and drive business value through SAP solutions
