Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science or other relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of IT support experience, including 1st Line duties.
- Solid knowledge of network setup, protocols, and antivirus management.
- Proficiency in backup/restore procedures, patching, and software deployment.
- Understanding of printing/scanning systems and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French (minimum B2 level).
- At least one relevant certification (e.g., MCSA Windows 10, Microsoft 365 Certified, Google IT Support, MOS, or equivalent) would be a plus.
