The Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives and customer teams to support the sales cycle through technical discovery, demonstrations, and solution validation. They will also prepare and deliver product demonstrations and proofs of concept to show how Netcraft’s solutions address customer challenges.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity in a customer-facing role requiring strong technical product understanding
- Ability to build relationships and clearly communicate technical concepts to stakeholders with varying degrees of technical understanding
- Strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple activities effectively
