Internal AI Strategy Director

NetDocuments is seeking an Internal AI Strategy Director to lead the embedding of AI across the organization. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end internal AI agenda, identifying high-impact opportunities, piloting solutions, and driving adoption across the organization.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in high-performance environments such as management consulting, product strategy, product management, investment banking, private equity, or similar roles
• Proven experience implementing AI solutions into real-world workflows with measurable business impact
• Strong operator mindset with the ability to move from strategy to execution quickly and effectively
• Demonstrated ability to build business cases and connect initiatives to financial outcomes
• Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational change
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and making high-stakes decisions independently
