Staff Software Engineer - Documents

NetDocuments is a hybrid, remote-friendly workplace seeking a Staff Software Engineer who will develop cutting-edge products that enhance how clients work, behind the scenes and through intuitive, user-facing experiences.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years leading or mentoring a team of 5+ engineers
• Proficiency in C# /.NET and microservices architecture
• Experience in backend or platform engineering
• Strong AWS public cloud experience
• Experience with NoSQL databases
• Understanding of event-driven architecture and distributed systems
• Strong grasp of logging and telemetry for monitoring system health
• Experience with B2B SaaS products
• Proven ability to collaborate with Product teams
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring experience
