Game Producer, Early Stage Production

At Netflix, we're looking for a Game Producer, Early Stage Production to support the intake and assessment of new game projects. The role involves operationalizing early stage processes, supporting due diligence, and ensuring project information is organized and actionable for senior producers and leadership.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in video game production or development
• Demonstrated ownership of significant development pipelines or features
• Solid understanding of the full game production lifecycle from concept through launch
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective communicator, comfortable working with cross-functional teams
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to take on greater responsibility in production operations
