Netflix is seeking a Creative Producer to focus on live brand partnerships in LATAM, with a primary focus on Mexico. The role will be responsible for owning the end-to-end production of brand partnerships connected to Netflix live moments, and acting as an executive producer for the creative and production output of live-related brand programs.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Advertising Production / Creative Services, with significant experience in live, experiential, broadcast, or event-based work
- Deep experience in bespoke campaign development, working on fast-paced projects that involve multiple stakeholders, content production, and media/experiential activations
- Experience within a film, TV, or streaming studio environment, including working with content, marketing, and production teams; experience with live or real-time formats is a strong plus
- Proven track record of managing people and/or complex workstreams, and a genuine interest in helping others and the broader group succeed
- Strong experience with marketing creative concepting, asset production, and delivery across multiple channels (AV, digital, social, experiential, on-platform)
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and managing external creative and production partners, ideally including those with live/event capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple live timelines and stakeholders simultaneously
- Comfortable working with and reviewing decks, basic design layouts, and production documents (timelines, call sheets, run-of-show, budgets)
- Works effectively and enjoys the interplay across cross-functional teams and external partners
- Clear and articulate writer in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus), comfortable crafting narratives, recaps, and points of view even amid ambiguity
- Able to organize, clarify, and communicate complex ideas quickly, succinctly, and accurately
- Able to flourish in Netflix’s unique culture, which values context over control, freedom with responsibility, and high judgment
