Manager, Workplace - Eyeline Korea

Netflix is seeking a Manager, Workplace for its Eyeline Korea office. The successful candidate will lead the Workplace team in providing an excellent and best-in-class Workplace environment and experience for Netflix employees and visitors. Key responsibilities include providing strategic direction, leading office expansion and relocation projects, and driving process improvement and cost optimization.

Requirements

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven track record of leading Workplace teams
• Extensive expertise in Workplace Experience and Operations, Hospitality, F&B programs, Employee and Workplace Health and Safety
• Strong leadership and people-management skills, with experience managing vendors and contingent workers
• Excellent communication skills in English and Korean
