Job Description
Netflix Animation Studios is seeking a Pre-Production Technical Director to support creative and visual objectives through pipeline troubleshooting, user support, technical direction, and tool development for front-end craft groups. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of processes, technology, and tools within these domains.
Requirements
- Technical expertise in pipeline troubleshooting, user support, technical direction, and tool development
- Deep understanding of processes, technology, and tools within pre-production domains
- Ability to design, develop, and write high-quality code
- Experience with Maya, Flix, Avid, Storyboard Pro, Premiere, Photoshop, and other related software
- Expert knowledge in Python, PyQt, or another GUI toolkit
- Knowledge of data flow, data dependencies, metadata, publishing, and retrieval
