Solutions Support Engineer (L5) - Security, Privacy and Assurance

Netflix is seeking a Support Solutions Engineer with an interest in security infrastructure and tooling, support, and automation. The role involves taking ownership of complex security and privacy investigations, working through them end to end, and providing clear, pragmatic guidance that helps engineering teams move forward efficiently.

Requirements

• Technical mastery in supporting and troubleshooting enterprise identity and authentication systems
• Experience in supporting distributed cloud applications and securing cloud infrastructure
• Proficiency with security platforms and tools
• Skills in at least one modern programming language
• Analytical & problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of developer workflows and partner team needs
