UI Engineer (L5), Content & Business Products

We are looking for a UI Engineer to join our Content & Business Products Engineering team, responsible for building and launching UIs that operationalize our workflows at scale.

Requirements

• Work cross-functionally to build, test, deploy, and launch UIs that operationalize our workflows at scale.
• Participate in product reviews and team meetings, providing technical insight.
• Help scope, estimate, and prioritize between conflicting needs.
• Evaluate new technologies and approaches to streamline and improve our rapid application development tooling and conventions.
• Regularly learn and influence new systems and tools as the Netflix platform and ecosystem evolve.
• Participate in our on-call rotation and lead the incident reviews.
• Effectively communicate complex technical issues and solutions to stakeholders
• Apply engineering best practices to guide projects and decisions, mentor team members
