Netguru is a trusted partner in digital commerce. The company helps leading brands modernize B2B solutions, marketplaces, and retail ecosystems. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain automated build processes, containerization workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in software engineering or system operations roles.
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer.
- Strong expertise with Docker, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud-native deployment models.
- Proven experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, GitLab, CircleCI, or comparable tools.
- Strong proficiency with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and configuration templating.
- Deep understanding of GitOps principles and experience implementing GitOps workflows.
- Solid experience automating builds and deployments for Node.js, Python, Java, React, Angular, and Flutter-based applications.
- Hands-on experience with at least two major cloud providers (Azure, GCP, AWS); familiarity with OpenAI services is a plus.
- Strong understanding of networking, security best practices, secrets management, and cloud security posture management.
- Experience implementing monitoring/observability solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, OpenTelemetry).
- Proficiency with scripting languages (Bash, Python, or similar) for automation tasks.
- Strong understanding of version control concepts, branching strategies, and release management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in complex, multi-service distributed systems.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, high degree of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
