Tech Lead (Frontend)

Netguru is a trusted partner in digital commerce. As a Tech Lead (Frontend), you will define and maintain the technical vision for assigned projects and stack practice, make architectural and technology stack decisions, and enforce coding standards and best practices. You will also manage technical debt, people management of up to 12 people, and provide direct line management for developers. You will be responsible for promoting innovation, contributing to department-wide discussions, and strengthening client trust and satisfaction.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development with strong expertise in React
• Solid knowledge of frontend system design and architecture
• Experience with additional frontend technologies such as React Native, Angular, Flutter, or native mobile development
• Proven experience in at least ONE additional technical area such as Backend development, Machine Learning / AI, DevOps, or People Leadership
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders
