Requirements

• Background in engineering, computer science, mathematics, cryptography, finance, AI/ML, or other relevant technical or research-focused disciplines.
• Hands-on experience building or supporting products, research, or infrastructure in Web3, DeFi, or Layer 1/L2 ecosystems.
• Experience in protocol design, ZK systems, applied cryptography, DeFi, MEV, or governance mechanisms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and an ability to collaborate across distributed, async teams.
• A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguity, taking ownership and driving impact with minimal direction.
