We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Executive Assistant to support members of Netomi’s Executive Leadership Team (ELT) in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Requirements
- Manage complex, high-volume calendars across multiple executives
- Coordinate internal and external meetings across time zones
- Prepare executives for meetings with relevant context, materials, and follow-ups
- Handle travel coordination, expense management, and logistics for executive activities
- Track and manage action items, ensuring timely follow-up and execution
- Support day-to-day administrative needs with a high level of accuracy and responsiveness
- Serve as a key point of coordination across teams, helping drive alignment and communication
- Navigate shifting priorities and ambiguity with flexibility and sound judgment
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism
- 5–8+ years of experience supporting senior executives (VP+ / C-level preferred)
- Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment strongly preferred
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and expense management systems
