Job Description
We are looking for an IT Administrator Managed Services / IT Support to take care of tickets with 1st and 2nd level topics, analyze and solve independently. You will maintain a partnership and personal customer relationship and work conceptually to advise customers on all topics around IT.
Requirements
- Several years of practical experience in one or more of the following areas: Microsoft onPrem, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Terminal Services or Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop, Virtualization, Backup, Firewall, Certificates
- German C2 language skills
- Driving license Class B
