Job Description
Tasks:
- Work with our team of infrastructure experts to design, implement, and maintain complex server, storage, backup, and virtualization concepts.
- Provide solutions ranging from local on-premises concepts to high-availability mirroring scenarios in distributed data centers and cloud solutions in our own NetPlans Business Cloud or Microsoft Azure.
- After a training period in the team, you will be responsible for IT infrastructure solutions for our customers. Your tasks will include both classical project work and the joint development of existing and new infrastructure solutions.
- You will also support our sales team in the pre-sales phase.
Requirements
- You have successfully completed your higher education or training as a systems integration specialist and have practical experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Server and storage solutions
- Virtualization with VMware and Hyper-V
- Backup
- Microsoft Azure
- You have worked with products from Lenovo, IBM, DELL EMC, NetApp, Nutanix, Rubrik, Veeam, VMware, or similar comparable products.
- You are solution-oriented and bring an independent and self-responsible working style.
- You have a methodical, analytical, and independent working style, are regionally travel-ready, and have very good German language skills.
- You have a strong customer orientation, good communication skills, and organizational skills.
