Data Center Technician - Overnight

Requirements

• Monitor the Critical Facilities Monitoring System and provide reactive/notification/escalation services as required to address alarm events.
• Provide top-tier physical and remote customer support for local and international Colocation Customers.
• Assist Customer Support requests through use of a Web-based ticketing system.
• Perform routine operational tasks including equipment handling, repairs and troubleshooting, processing interconnection circuit orders, and general site support.
• Maintain detailed logs of all events, anomalies, inventory, and work tickets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).
