Solutions Engineer

The Netskope Solutions Engineer will work closely with customers and partners to resolve issues and provide feedback to the Product Management team on new feature requests and product enhancements. This is a highly impactful role that requires a sales professional with a history of dominating their territory and a passion for helping customers and delivering satisfaction. The role involves heavy travel within the territory and requires the ability to articulate the high-level benefits of Netskope's architecture to senior security management and CISO/CIO audiences.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience as a Solutions/System Engineer
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to scale from the whiteboard to working with security architects and influencing CISOs
• Demonstrable experience with systems installation, configuration, and administration of Linux, MacOS, and Windows-based systems
• Proficient in mobile device technologies and operating systems
• Knowledge of certificates, key management systems, HSM, and related protocols
• Proven hands-on experience with information security solutions
• Experience working with Cloud Identity Providers, SCIM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and SD-WAN Deployments and Integrations
• Experience working with Active Directory Services and Public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and GCP)
• Working knowledge of the broader threat landscape and the ability to distill technology trends and explain complex behaviors in simple terms
