The Netskope Solutions Engineer will work closely with customers and partners to provide feedback and resolution of issues, and will provide feedback to the Product Management team on new feature requests and product enhancements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience as a Solutions/System Engineer
- Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to scale from technical information to executive level
- Demonstrable experience with systems installation, configuration and administration
- Proficient in mobile device technologies and OS
- Knowledge of certificates, key management systems, and related protocols
- Proven hands-on experience with information security solutions
- Experience working with Cloud Identity Providers, SCIM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR and SD-WAN Deployments and Integrations
- Experience working with Active Directory Services and Public cloud environments
- Working knowledge of the broader threat landscape
