Job Description
Netskope is looking for a Sr. Staff Engineer to lead scaling initiatives for our backend services, mentor and guide a small team of engineers, and design and build new Go services. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, deep expertise with gRPC, and a proven track record scaling backend services to handle significant traffic growth while maintaining low latency and high availability.

- Strong understanding of service reliability practices
- Experience implementing and enforcing code quality standards
