Job Description
Netsmart is seeking a Vice President of Engineering to lead their engineering organization through a phase of growth and innovation, driving strategic initiatives in public cloud adoption, Healthcare solutions, DevOps transformation, and AI-driven development.
Requirements
- 10+ years in software engineering leadership roles
- Proven success in public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices
- Experience in healthcare technology strongly preferred
- Prior experience leading teams across geographies, including India
- Exposure to AI/ML development or integration into software products is highly desirable
- Exceptional ability to lead in a fast-paced, matrixed environment; strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; or equivalent relevant experience
