Requirements

• Conduct right-of-way verification by researching land records, plats, deeds, and easements
• Document and manage spatial data using GIS software
• Support the design and engineering of utility infrastructure using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Collaborate closely with civil engineers, survey professionals, and design teams to advance permitting, planning, and project development
• Assist with a variety of field and office tasks that keep projects moving efficiently and accurately
