Top Hand

Top Hand is responsible for overseeing a crew of 2-4 tower hands, performing daily duties in a safe manner, and mentoring less experienced co-workers to enhance the performance of the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of climbing experience
• Experience running crews of 2-5 climbers and solving team issues.
• Willing to travel 2-10 days at a time.
• Pass preliminary and random drug screening, criminal background check and driving background check
