Job Description
Network Controls is seeking experienced Commercial Low Voltage Cable Technicians to install, service, maintain, repair, and alter cabling systems in the Greenville, Spartanburg, and Anderson areas. The role involves utilizing various cabling systems including twisted pair, coax, fiber optic, and other low-voltage systems, along with traveling to client sites. The company focuses on high-quality, single-source network infrastructure solutions.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience
- General construction knowledge
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
- Previous experience in Structured cabling installation
- Able to terminate and splice fiber optics
- Able to install and terminate CAT 6/CAT 6A
- Knowledge of through-wall penetration systems
- Knowledge of industry standards
- BICSI Training/Certifications (a plus)
- Valid in-state Driver's License and MVR
