Systems Engineer

Seeking a resourceful and service-oriented Systems Engineer for onsite technical support at a fast-growing HVAC Private Equity client in the Bronx, NY. Collaborate with remote teams to deliver seamless service delivery and stay up-to-date with a wide range of technologies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of IT support or systems administration experience
• Experience supporting C-Suite and executive clients in fast-paced environments
• Strong in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 cloud environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication, professionalism, and customer service orientation
• Strong organizational skills, documenting, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience supporting remote access tools, backups, and cloud infrastructure
