Director of Operations

We're looking for a Director of Operations to be the operational backbone of a fast-growing, next-generation MSP. You'll own the systems, processes, and people functions that keep us running at scale, from building and codifying SOPs to running a best-in-class recruiting function, ensuring service delivery keeps pace with sales growth, and relentlessly driving client value to keep churn as low as possible.

Requirements

• Operated inside a services business before, with an MSP, consulting, or professional services background preferred
• High sense of agency and ability to operate with a maniacal sense of urgency
• Builder, not just a maintainer, with ability to create structure where there isn't any
• Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to run a recruiting function, not just manage a recruiter
