Job Description
Business Analyst (Remote) - support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) office. Provide program and project management support services for IT-focused initiatives, governance activities, acquisition programs, and ServiceNow modernization efforts across the full project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Support strategic business management operations through process review, analysis, and improvement activities
- Develop and maintain business process documentation
- Support DoD Software Development Projects and Programs
- Apply Six Sigma methodologies
- Utilize Microsoft Office products, SharePoint, and ServiceNow
