Business Analyst (SME)

Network Runners is seeking a Business Analyst (SME) to support The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). The Business Analyst will create strategies to target partnerships and relationships with internal and external entities, develop initiatives to support long-term NSG, ASG, and Community Geospatial-Intelligence Training Council (CGTC) strategies, and implement standard and repeatable GEOINT Training Advisory Group (GTAG) requirements processes.

Requirements

• Possess a B.S. degree in business, information management, or related field
• Demonstrate experience in a distinct functional or cross-functional business area
• At least 7 years of demonstrated experience in GEOINT tradecraft competencies, Training development, Human Capital Development, or related disciplines
• At least 5 years demonstrated experience assembling project information, writing and editing drafts, compiling and delivering decision briefs, and formulating, analyzing, and resolving plans and business issues
• At least 5 years demonstrated experience building and managing a project schedule using MS Project
