Vertriebsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Technischen Service Innendienst

As a Sales Representative, you will be a central interface between customer, service, sales, and technology, making a significant contribution to customer satisfaction, service quality, and the sustainable expansion of our service business.

Requirements

• Handling of telephone and written customer inquiries from within and outside the country
• Creation of service, maintenance, and repair offers, as well as handling of tenders
• Organization, coordination, and technical support of service operations (national & international)
• Customer care and handling of complaints according to our quality processes
• Technical damage assessment, creation of damage reports, and derivation of corrective measures
• Service-oriented communication in technical questions (telephone & written)
• Close care of defined key customers and support in new customer acquisition
• Close cooperation with internal and external sales teams while adhering to internal processes
• Support in competitive and market observations in the service environment
