Assistant to the General Counsel

Support and scale core business operations across multiple departments, including Sales, Accounting, Legal & Procurement, and Compliance. This is a high-impact role suited for an analytical, systems-oriented individual who enjoys supporting multiple teams and making organizations run smoothly.

Requirements

• Serve as an operational assistant to keep business projects, contracts, and compliance items moving forward with accuracy and discretion
• Support day-to-day operations across legal and business functions
• Help manage and improve operational workflows and processes
• Maintain data accuracy and organization across core business systems
• Produce reports, dashboards, and operational insights
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and follow through on execution
• Support audits, reviews, and operational requests as needed
• Perform other operational duties as assigned
