Job Description
National Account Manager to nurture and expand relationships with existing clients, develop and implement strategic account plans, and identify growth opportunities to deliver excellent service and engagement for clients.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain existing client relationships
- Travel to client locations to conduct executive business reviews and presentations
- Drive net growth with existing NeuAnalytics clients
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships across multiple levels within each client organization
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth and deeper client success
