Client Service Analyst

The Client Service Analyst will provide comprehensive support to the Investor Relations team in servicing and maintaining the investor database, and will be responsible for managing client inquiries and requests, and producing and disseminating client/regulatory/shareholder services reporting as well as investor communications.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or 2-4 years of equivalent working experience in the financial services industry
• Proficiency in MS Office including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong client servicing skills
• Strong collaboration, time management, and organizational skills
• Able to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure
