Job Description
As a Content Marketing Associate, you’ll help bring our content to life across our website, webinars, videos, and podcasts, managing workflows, logistics, and production steps. You’ll partner closely with writers, designers, digital teams, and compliance to deliver polished content on time, every time, while continuously improving how we work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing, project management, editorial operations, digital publishing, event/webinar production, or content production
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once, meet deadlines, and maintain high quality
- Strong project management and organizational skills; comfortable tracking details across many moving parts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to coordinate across teams with clarity and professionalism
