Neuberger Berman's US Intermediary Marketing team is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to accelerate the growth of our US Intermediary business through advanced digital strategies, data-driven insights, and innovative multi-channel campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; or equivalent industry experience
• 8+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or related roles
• Deep understanding of financial advisor behaviors, preferences, and the intermediary distribution landscape
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and campaign performance metrics to inform strategy and drive optimization
